Vials are produced from brown or colorless neutral borosilicate glass at our state-of-the-art production line. They are produced to ISO 8362-1 standard. In order to provide for sterility and security of the ampoules they are packed in specialized clean rooms (ISO certified according to ISO 146444-1 class ISO-8).
Volume of standard vials can be varied from 2 to 35ml.

What is our production capacity?
Our capacity for vial production is 20 million pieces a year. They are packed into cardboard or akylux (polypropylene) boxes, depending on customer needs, and onto cargo pallets of standard dimensions (800x1200 mm, EUROPALET). The height of pallet package depends on customer specifications
